Return Policy
All our products will be sent for pre-shipment inspection and passed quality check before shipped to our customers. As our products are all personally handcrafted by our skilled craftsmen, they would not be perfect compared to a factory made item. These small imperfections are what making our products unique.
Corona Craft are using full grain leather, scars and marks are very common on full grain leather, and each hide is different from other. These markings are considered as nature’s signature and not defect. However, if you believe you have received damaged/defective goods, you can submit a return request to us. All returns request submitted will be reviewed by Corona Craft and will be processed within 3-5 business days after submission.
Terms and Conditions
For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7 days return policy upon order received by customers, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Items must be in the original purchase condition. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
2. Defective item will be replacing with a new item of same design and model.
3. Photo needed for returns submission.
4. Delivery fee to return the product to us shall be borne by the customer.

3. Reason for Exchange: Defective / Incorrect Item
4. Photos must be included for defective items
All returns request submitted will be reviewed by Corona Craft and will be processed within 3-5 business days after submission.
