We are trying our best to ship your order as soon as possible after payment received. Your order will be processed, packed and sent for shipping within 2-5 business days for existing stocks.

Please note, at times, the products maybe out of stock due to large volume orders or failed quality check inspection before shipping. Hence, we will reproduce the product and this could take longer for the product preparation before shipping.

For customized and personalised order, it will take 2-3 weeks or more. Kindly contact us for more details.

Corona Craft always make sure items are in good condition before shipped. We do not deliver to p.o. box address.

For orders within Malaysia, the parcel should reach you in 2-7 business days once shipped for all existing stock, depends on the delivery method and location.

However, please allow for a slight delay in shipping timings during sales, festive seasons (CNY, X’mas etc) or promotional periods (GSS, Black Friday etc).

Business days are from Monday to Fridays, excluding Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays in Malaysia.

* Days exclude weekends and public holidays. In the event of failed deliveries, delivery may take longer than stated.

Your order may be delivered to you by either your local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notification slip may be left by the postal service to advise on re-delivery or collection.

We will not responsible for any damaged caused during the delivery process, delay, mishandled and lost of parcels after we have posted.

All packages shipped internationally will be trackable. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once item shipped.

All applicable customs and import fees and taxes in the destination country will be borne by the customer. Customs policies may vary from country to country. If your order does require additional charges, these charges must be paid by you for custom clearance.
