Track Order
Parcel tracking number will be sent to your email address once item(s) shipped. If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means that we have not sent out your order yet.
We are trying our best to ship your order as soon as possible after payment received. The parcel should reach you in 1-3 business days or 3-7 business days once shipped for all existing stock, depends on the delivery method and location. Please click HERE for more info.
For Customized and Made Upon Order items, it takes 2-3 weeks.
However, please allow for a slight delay in shipping timings during sales, festive seasons (CNY, X’mas etc) or promotional periods (GSS, Black Friday etc).
Business days are from Monday to Fridays, excluding Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays in Malaysia.

*Uncollected parcel after 2 weeks will be returned, customers will bear the shipping cost.
